In the style of fairy kei, you wear frilly tutu's like this image<<, and you can overlap your tutu's with other tutu's if you like, make sure ALL of your Fairy Kei is pastel colors such as; pastel yellow, pastel green, pastel pinks, pastel purples and pastel blues. You also layer your socks, pastel and patterned.
